What does the assessment measure?

The assessment provides insight into the psychological factors that influence performance , wellbeing and personal development. Including confidence, focus, resilience, recovery, personality, and psychological flexibility.

How long does it take?

The testing takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and can be completed online at your own pace.

What will I receive?

You'll receive a personilised report outlining your strengths, potential blind spots, and key insights across multiple areas of performance and wellbeing. Depending on your package, you'll also receive a feedback session.
